We also work with third parties to serve targeted advertisements to people similar to our customer base and those who are similar to visitors to our Site or similar to those identified in one or more of our databases.ย
This is conducted by embedding a pixel tag from the third party provider on our website and the third party provider matches common factors between our data and their data (such as via Facebook Custom Audience). In this respect, we identify certain characteristics and/or interests that we believe are relevant to individuals who are interested in our products and our advertising is displayed to these individuals and other third parties who meet these characteristics via social media platforms. Through the comparison described here, these third parties providers then learn which of our users are also a user of the third party's respective social media platform. We learn whether there is a match and can target our advertising.
