What is your policy on exchanges?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges for different products for customers living outside the U.S. Please see our instructions for returning a Ruggable product.

What is your policy on returns?

Eligible Ruggable products purchased from ruggable.eu can be returned for a full refund (minus a processing fee per item) within 30 days of the delivery date. Please see our full return policy for more details.

I made a mistake - how do I make a change to my order?
