Thatโs why we created the The Life Happens Guaranteeโensuring you can make our products a part of your home or try washing the products to see if they live up to our washability promise.ย
The Life Happens Guarantee and you will receive a full refund on items purchased from ruggable.eu (minus a return processing fee, see returns page for details) when products are returned within 30 days of delivery and arrive with typical wear and tear.
Alternatively, you may exchange your Ruggable products for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date at no extra cost. However, if the returned item(s) are in a condition that exceeds normal wear and tear (to be determined in Ruggableโs sole discretion), such items(s) will not be refunded.ย

Refunds
Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 14 business days of us receiving your return. The returns charge for your chosen returns method will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of shipping with our carrier.
