Shipping Exceptions:
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes
We currently ship to the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. For Germany and Austria, please visit Ruggable.de.
If a P.O. Box is entered at checkout, our team will email you for a physical address. If we do not receive a response within 7 days, your order will be automatically canceled.
Some products may require additional production time before shipping. Estimated timing will be shown during checkout or in your order tracking details.
Processing & Delivery Times
Because Ruggable products are made to order, production and delivery timing may vary by product type, shipping method, and destination.
Use our Order Tracker to check the real-time status of your order from production through delivery.
Standard Products: Orders typically ship within 7 to 10 business days.
If your order extends past the estimated window, the Order Tracker may show that our team is taking a little extra time to finish your item. Please allow a few extra days for processing before contacting Customer Care.
Order Emails & Tracking
To help ensure you receive order confirmations, tracking details, and support updates:
Add support@ruggable.eu to your safe sender list or email contacts
Check your spam or junk folders if an expected order confirmation does not appear in your inbox.
If using PayPal, Klarna, Google Pay or Shop Pay, please do not exit before being returned to the Ruggable website, as this may interfere with your confirmation email.
Shipping Protection

Frequently Asked Questions
How do I change my shipping address?
Your options depend on whether your order has already shipped.
If your order has NOT shipped: Email support@ruggable.eu immediately with your order number and the updated physical address. We will update it in our system before production wraps up.
If your order has shipped: The fastest way to reroute a package in transit is directly through the carrier.
If you won’t be home for delivery: You may be able to use FedEx Delivery Manager to redirect your package to a nearby FedEx location or participating pickup location for secure pickup.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Items in the same order may ship separately, especially if they are produced at different times or ship from different facilities. Check your tracking details for each shipment. If you believe part of your order is missing, contact Customer Care with your order number.
