Eligible Ruggable.eu purchases can be exchanged within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges must follow item-type eligibility rules and can only be completed once per order.

Shipping & Delivery
Our rugs are made to order in Europe, then sent out with our trusted partners FedEx and DPD to land safely at your door. As soon as your order’s on its way, we’ll keep you in the loop with real-time tracking updates straight to your inbox.

Ruggable offers free standard shipping (1–2 weeks) to the Netherlands, France, Sweden, Denmark, and Finland. For shipping to Germany and Austria, please visit Ruggable.de.

Orders & Payments
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email with an order number. If you can’t find your order confirmation email in your inbox, there’s a good chance it may be in your spam or junk mail folder.
After your order is placed, you can use our Order Tracker to check where your order is in the production process. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date.
Because Ruggable products are made to order, cancellations must be made before shipping:
Within 1 Hour: Cancel instantly using the Cancel Order button on your order confirmation or checkout status page.
After 1 Hour: Contact Customer Care at support@ruggable.eu to see if your order can still be cancelled before production.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, store credit, Shop Pay, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and Klarna for flexible payment options.
Every Ruggable order includes shipping protection for lost packages or products damaged in transit.

No, gift cards are not currently available on Ruggable.eu
Yes! What you see on the product page is what you pay. The price includes standard shipping cost and the standard VAT rate. There will not be any additional fees on top of the listed price.
Yes. Ruggable offers a one-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship for eligible products purchased through Ruggable.eu.

To file a warranty claim, email support@ruggable.eu with your proof of purchase and at least three images of the item. Additional images may be required depending on the issue.

Pro Tip: New email subscribers are eligible for a special introductory offer on their first order.
You can unsubscribe from our marketing emails through any Ruggable email you’ve received. Simply scroll to the bottom of the email and click Unsubscribe. From there, you’ll be able to choose your preferences - whether you’d like to receive fewer emails or unsubscribe completely.
